Ep 9. Demystifying the soundbath with Allison Bagg

Soundbaths are blissful experiences but what exactly is happening during it? Allison Bagg illuminates the science behind soundbath, breath and vibration as healing modalities.

She is a sound healer, breathwork facilitator, intuitive guide, and artist based in Los Angeles. She utilizes a plethora of modalities to help clients ground into their bodies, establish strong boundaries, and open portals to the magic and abundance within. Certified in gong, crystal alchemy, singing bowls, planetary chimes, and tuning forks in a marriage of science and spirit. Everything is vibration after all and by tuning ourselves like instruments we can heal everything from the physical on the cellular level as well as the spiritual energetic and vibration vibrational forces within. She offers bimonthly zoom based breathwork and soundbaths that I adore as well as events in the LA area and retreats all across the world. You can check out her work at www.abagg.com.
